    Yes. Planning with the Voyalys AI Concierge is free. You only pay when you confirm hotels or experiences through our team.
    Are the hotels shown real and bookable?
    Yes. Hotels come from Voyalys' live luxury inventory — every property is a genuine premium, or luxury stay bookable through our booking engine.
    Can I speak to a human travel expert?
    Absolutely. Every AI-generated itinerary is reviewed by a Voyalys travel designer before you pay. You can request a human callback at any point.
    Which destinations can the AI trip planner handle?
    Anywhere Voyalys operates — from Japan, Bali, Vietnam, and Thailand to Kenya, Norway, Switzerland, Dubai, the Maldives, and across Europe. Multi-country routes are welcome.
    Can I book only hotels, without a full itinerary?
    Yes. You can use the concierge purely for stays — ask for hotels in a city, on your dates, near a landmark or area, and book only those. No itinerary, flights, or experiences required.
    When do I pay, and what do you need from me?
    To ensure complete price transparency, reservations are secured prior to any payment being requested. In line with Voyalys' booking policy, no payment is collected before the reservation is confirmed and locked. To initiate the blocking process, kindly share the passport copies for all travellers along with at least one PAN card. Your relationship manager is authorised to collect payments only when the services are successfully held and bookings are confirmed.
    Can I change the itinerary the AI creates?
    Yes. Ask for a slower pace, different cities, more nights somewhere, or a specific hotel, and the plan rebuilds around your changes before you send it to a specialist.
